377

In the spring of 1910, Louis Cordelle and his family returned to France on board the "Ceylon",
Boarding on 23 March 1910 in Buenos Aires with stops:
in Montevideo on 24 March
in Santos on 28 March
in Rio de Janeiro on 28 and 29 March (we must coal for the crossing to Africa)
in Dakar on 8 April
in Lisbon on 14 April
in Vigo on 15 April
arrival in Le Havre on April 17
(see some photos of the return trip page 3771)

(It is during this trip that the Cordelles meet for the first time the Hausermanns who return to France for a long time, after 4 years of stay in Rosario)

In France, they go to Enghien for 3 months Arsène Cordelle (page 311) (they are on leave for 6 months)

From June 14 to September 2, they stay in a villa in Sainte-Maxime, except for a tourist trip to Corsica, from July 17 to 21 (Ajaccio, Ziama, Calacuccia, Corte, Vizzavona, Ajaccio, Marseille).
This trip to Corsica was noticed by a Corsican specialist in the history of the first cars on the island. He drew a very picturesque account of it which appears on his blog:
And who deserves to be detoured.
(see verascopes of Provence page 3772, Corsica 1 page 3773 and Corsica 2 page 3774)

They're going back to Enghien from September 2nd until they start for Algeria (page 3778) 14 January 1911.
