Jean and Simone, engaged, in Vierville

The marriage of Jean Cordelle and Simone Hausermann was celebrated at the church of Saint Honoré d'Eylau on 18 November 1920 in the parish of Simone's home (123 rue de Longchamp in Paris 16°arrdt). the marriage certificate, les part invitation card and Family booklet.
The "official" photos showed people from the close family and some friends. All made a funeral figure, Simone always wondered why. There were missing pictures of Aunt Suzon (perhaps because of her 2 young children?), Georges Prouveur (his wife was there) and also Suzannette (fiancee of Gabriel Dessus, who was there)

In February of the following year Suzannette married Gabriel Dessus.

Jean and Simone settled in Tours, 5 rue de la Barre, where François was born on November 7, 1921. At the time Jean was serving as a Sub-Lieutenant at the 8th Transmission Regiment in Tours. Michel was born in Paris on December 10, 1922, at 123 rue de Longchamp, at the Hausermanns.
