Switzerland is a beautiful country. We are settled on Lake Thun. The days are extremely interesting... fortunately we have a little time left to walk in the mountain. See you soon, I hope you have news of the navigators. A big kiss especially for Renaud. I kiss you Claude

Letter from Claude (at the Abbey of Aiguebelle) to Granie (in a resting house on the French Riviera), February 27, 1980
My dear Granie.
I'm glad to hear from you and to know that you're seduced by the Trianon style house that welcomes you. Yes, it's nice to be in a refined setting. So much so that you've been sympathetic to this American friend you met there. You have a pretty retired life in Versailles and it's distracting to meet new friendly and interesting people.
I think now Mrs. Dupeyron must have arrived... also between the teacups and the sea show time has to pass very quickly.
For my part I came back from this week of Gregorian training at the Cistercian Abbey of Aiguebelle. It was quite wonderful.. first because the Gregorian is a wonderful music that satisfies both the body and the soul. We were instructed about all this by two instructors who knew how to "transmit" and also by the Community of monks because we could participate in the offices. We were about thirty (very friendly) , received at the hotel by a young Father Gaucher (because the Abbey is specialized in making liquor)... When we were not to third, sexte, none, vespers or mass and we were not following conferences or singing, we could make small steps beyond the valley where this huge abbey was located.
I found the whole company here in good shape. Renaud returned from the mountain all browned (he weighs 54 kg) Martin rested with a week of leave, a very great letter from Frédéric of Guatemala that I will pass on to you, always happy and enjoying well his journey. J-I also saw Christophe and Isabelle in Lyon – a very friendly visit.
I also saw Christiane and Michel, my parents-in-law, in short, a real family tour.
I'm going with Renaud next weekend to Marly the King for a blowjob session that promises to be interesting, and we'll be next to Odile and jeans.
Here's all the news. The mattress set on the road is redone, fortunately that Inès was there. J-attack now a second mattress .. the house needs to be flushed. As for us, we are always happy with Yves with our mattress on the floor.
We wish you a good stay – from the sun, because that is the Midi without sun.
We kiss Claude

I'm here to introduce Eve, whom I find attractive and naughty. I'm in Autun for a week of lectures and Gregorian singing, and music from the Middle Ages. It's quite exciting. I hope everything is fine. I kiss very hard.

"Here is a very nice view of this country that is very friendly. We play a lot of music that is too difficult for me... but it's great and I learn a lot of things in construction.
I hope that during this time navigators have good wind and everything is fine.
I kiss you all, Claude."

We make beautiful music in this abbey, it's nice.
There are 350 pipers from all countries with a whole week of sunshine.
I'll be back as agreed on August 15 or 16 with Renaud.
See you soon, Claude.
