Draft of a letter addressed to Nany by Jean Cordelle on 30/9/36

Rosario 30 September 1936
My dear Nany
I am writing to you by German mail to answer your letter yesterday and give us your impressions on the question of the possible journey of children. We thank you very much and we are very sorry for all the hassles that it gives you. Finally, for now there is only to stay in the status quo and we may have been worried about it. In any case it is easy to be ready from the point of view of passports, papers, money. As regards the visa of the passers-prets for Greece I believe that this is an additional precaution easy to take; If they had to leave France, we would prefer our children to join us and Argentina, but there is no boat every day and we can be taken short. We are also glad that you decided to take a passport, I encouraged Mom to do so too.
....? ...because it is not necessary to worry about the children with all this. That they take care of their studies and games and that they do not take care of the rest.
We've seen Mr. Daumas.
(?) He came back from France, and he spoke of war rather than social unrest. The devaluation of the franc did not surprise anyone here, where it had been several months since they were expected; if we know how to use it, it could lead to an internal improvement at least temporary.
Excuse us again, my dear Nany, for all the concerns we have to draw you from...
