François and Michel remain in FranceBack to home
On March 20, 1936, Simone and Yves left for Argentina in Marseilles, aboard the "Campana". The Saillards accompanied us on board for a moment: Pierre and Yo Saillard (the father and young brother of Aunt Maine), Madame Saillard, Yves, Simone
[Jean Cordelle had already left by Cherbourg on Augustus on 6 February 36, with arrival about 15 days later]

Letter written by Yves to Nany, on board the Campana
"My little Nany yesterday, it was swinging. - I keep the letter under dictation, Yves is discouraged, he has too much to say, it's too long... Play with little girls named Marie-Cécile and Marie-Odile. - our canoes are number six and eight. - We're coming to Negro country. There's a little kid named Michel. The chimneys are black - red - black. There's a tennis, a barrel game, a flag like the label, a telephne in Mamita's cabin.
