SOUVENIRS DE FRANCOIS, (at the meeting after Philippe's death)
In 1935, we (Papa, Mom, Michel, Yves and I, returned to France, Michel and I stayed there, Papa, then Mom and Yves returning to Rosario. Michel and I lived at Nany's, in an apartment communicating with the Chedal's (Georges, Suzon, Phlippe, Jean-Pierre and Brigitte). From this point, until my parents finally returned in 1939, we made Philippe, Jean-Pierre, Michel and I, a quartet that could be called fratrie, which saw successively the marriage of Jean-Pierre, mine, those of Michel and Philippe.
Before that, I had helped Philip during his time at the School of Public Works, in subjects that were not of interest to him at all; in fact, Philippe loved business, and it was in this area that he worked. I kept a very good memory of these more intimate moments with him.
1935 Vierville
In 1935, when we returned from Argentina, on arrival in Vierville:
on the station dock, 32 suitcases, one missing, first facet of Philippe (16 years old)
In front of the bus: first contact with politics
Construction of a cabin, type Argentinian, in the small woods next to the tennis court. Very successful, even in raintime; in front of this success, the following year, we wanted to make another one, with one floor, but without the same success, it was missed.
Creation of the workshop, above the pump room; distribution of tasks between the 4 cousins
In Paris, we went to Lunaparc, wandering at night for hours.
One evening, we were 7 (with three comrades; Marchand, Puyreux and Delapisse), simultaneously extinguished the 7 gas beaks of Berton Street, which suddenly found itself in the dark, in the dread of the few passers-by who were there, who fled in speed, believing themselves in danger!
