Dear Mr. Hausermann
I thank you very much for the kind congratulations that you would like to send me, especially since they come from a collaborator whose valuable merit and dedication I have long known.
You may wish to be my interpreter to the agents of Rosario and Bahia's company to thank them sincerely for their touching address.
I'll be glad you can get together if you judge it appropriate to my particular account the staff in a dinner to water the decoration.
I am pleased to see the active march of Rosario's work, which you are leading with a determined will that honours your engineering abilities and ultimately changes the Government's dispositions in favour of the Company.
I hope that Bahia's work will continue normally and that you will find a way to keep your health and that of your own, as this is one of the essential conditions for their successful completion.
My brother is to go to you around March, in order to resolve the few major outstanding issues between the Government and the Cie.
With my best wishes for you and your family, please accept, my dear Mr. Hausermann, the expression of my affectionate feelings.
